Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4" strips
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Green bell pepper strips
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 can HEINZ Vegetarian Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Horseradish Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  •     ds Black pepper
  • 4 x Pocket pita breads (5" dia)
  • 8 slc Tomato
  •     Leaf lettuce

Direcciones

  1. In skillet, saute/fry chicken, onion and green pepper in oil till vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is tender. Stir in beans, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 min to blend flavors. Cut pitas in half and tuck 1 tomato slice and lettuce into each half. Fill each with about 1/3 c. bean mix.
  2. Makes 4 servings (about 3 c. mix)
