2 x new zealand braeburn or possibly fuji
1 x apples, cored and thinly
1 x sliced
1 lrg carrot, grated
1 sm red bell pepper,
1 x minced
1 sm green bell pepper,
1 x minced
1/2 sm red onion, minced
1 x buttermilk dressing
