Another variety of the 'nilupak' recipe. Nilupak is prepared by pounding all the ingredients in a large mortal and pestle, and tossing them all together.

Ingredientes

  • 15 pcs. unripe saba, cooked and pounded
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 coconut, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • margarine or butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine the above ingredients, and pound once more.
  2. Mix till well blended.
  3. Arrange on a platter and cut into desired shapes or patties.
  4. Brush with butter of margarine on top before serving
