No Bake Fruit Bars

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Pitted dates
  • 2 c. Minced nuts
  •     (pecans, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Minced dry apricots
  • 8 ounce Dry figs
  • 1 c. Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter chips

Direcciones

  1. Put dates, nuts, raisins, apricots & figs together in food processor.
  2. Process till finely minced. Stir in chocolate & peanut butter chips.
  3. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil & spray with nonstick cooking spray. Press mix firmly into pan. Chill & cut into squares.
