No Bake Ny Style Cheesecake

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 8 Ounce Packages Philadelphia Fat-Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 pkt Jell-O sugar-free instant Vanilla pudding (4 serving)
  • 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c. Cold Whip Free
  • 1/2 c. Land O Lakes no-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x Keebler graham cracker pie crust (6 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. spreadable fruit (any flavor)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon till soft.
  2. Add in dry pudding mix, dry lowfat milk pwdr, and water.
  3. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in vanilla extract, Cold Whip Free, and lowfat sour cream.
  4. Spread mix into piecrust.
  5. Chill for at least one hour.
  6. When serving, top each piece with 1 Tbsp. spreadable fruit.
  7. HINT: Spreadable fruit spreads best at room temp.
  8. NOTES :****Jennifer: I used half a can of store-bought Lite Cherry pie filling, spread all over the top of the cheesecake after chilling it for an hour. I then, after spreading cherries on top, put it back into the fridge for another hour or possibly so, to refrigeratethe filling.
  9. I happen to prefer chilled preserves. This is an alternative to the recipe above. My family loved it!!!
  10. mmmmm. This sounds good! I found a "no sugar added" cherry pie filling at the grocery store. It's by Lucky Leaf. I had not seen which before, so I bought it. It has 35 calories in 1/3 c. and zero fat. It is sweetened with Sucralose (Splenda). Have any of you used this I'll bet it will be good on top of this cheesecake!

  12. For the person looking for a LF recipe with almond flavoring, try this one. Substitute almond extract for up to 3/4 Tsp of vanilla.
