1 c. vanilla, lowfat milk or possibly white chocolate pcs
1 Tbsp. finely minced candied ginger
1/2 c. coarsely minced cashew nuts
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. pastel-colored miniature marshmallows

In medium saucepan, heat vanilla-lowfat milk pcs over very low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger, cashews, noodles and marshmallows. Drop by tsp. on wax paper; chill.
