Receta No Bake-Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert
Using the last of my fresh strawberries to create this upside down Strawberry Cheesecake, delicious and easy to prepare!
Ingredientes
- 2 cups fresh hulled sliced strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 sleeves graham crackers (crumbled finely)
- 16 ounces softened cream cheese
- 8 ounces cool whip topping (or any whipped cream)
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Direcciones
- In a small bowl add sliced strawberries and 2 tablespoons Pure honey, stir gently and refrigerate 15 minutes
- In a bowl of a stand mixer add cream cheese, vanilla, cool whip and run several minutes on high to well combine
- Add graham crackers in a zip-lock bag and run a rolling pin across several times to finely crumble, add brown sugar and stir well
- Using a Pyrex Glass bowl add plastic wrap across the bowl
- add strawberries to the bottom of bowl, add graham crackers (I used a wooden spoon to firmly pack), add cream cheese mixture next, cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight!
- When ready to serve invert the bowl, cut and serve.
- Easily serves 12
