No Cholesterol Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Put together oats and lowfat milk, set aside for 10 min. Add in egg whites, sugar, butter and vanilla to oat mix. Stir to put together. In a smaller bowl put together remaining dry ingredients. Stir into oat mix. Divide batter into greased muffin pan (use Pam). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till lightly brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
