No Fail Knish/Strudel Dough

Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Oil, beaten
  • 3/4 c. Water, beaten
  • 1 tsp Vinegar, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Beat all ingredients to make a smooth, satiny dough. May need more flour.
  2. Let stand 15 min to rest.
  3. Divide dough into 4 pcs. Roll out as thin as possible. Place filling along long side and roll up.
  4. KNISHES: cut off pcs with side of hand, healthy pinch ends, bake.
  5. STRUDEL: place long rolls on cookie sheet, healthy pinch ends to seal. Bake.
  6. BAKE: 425 degrees for 20 min or possibly till brown.
