Receta No Fat "Baked" Beans (In Crockpot)

- Soak beans overnight in large bowl of cool water. Throw away water in the morning and drain.
- Put beans in crockpot and cover with water (should be about 1/2" above the beans.) Add in remaining ingredients. (No need to saute/fry' onion and garlic first.) Stir well. Put crockpot on high for approx. 2 hrs and turn to medium heat overnight. You will have a wonderful batch of "breakfast" beans in the morning!
- There is no salt in this recipe and you may want to add in some to taste. Also, spicier beans can be attained by increasing mustard and pepper ratios.
