Ingredientes

  • 6 x Ripe bananas, (the riper the better)
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Raisins, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Mash the bananas and sugar together. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in the banana mix, the optional raisins, and vanilla, stirring till thoroughly blended. Pour into non-stick loaf pan and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour. Remove from pan while still hot, and allow to cold before slicing.
  2. Makes approximately 8servings.
