- Mash the bananas and sugar together. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in the banana mix, the optional raisins, and vanilla, stirring till thoroughly blended. Pour into non-stick loaf pan and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour. Remove from pan while still hot, and allow to cold before slicing.
