Ingredientes

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. soy lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. applesauce, unsweetened

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450F. Mix above ingredients thoroughly. Knead for 2 to 3 min on floured surface. Roll out to 1/2" thickness. Cut into rounds. Place close together on ungreased cookie sheet and bake till golden, 10 to 12 min.
