No Fat Cheesecake

Ingredientes

  • 1 x 32-ounce container plain, non-fat yogurt
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Arrowroot pwdr
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 c. Chocolate chips (optional)
  •     Graham-cracker crust

Direcciones

  1. Drain yogurt overnight through yogurt strainer; throw away whey. Blend yogurt cheese with remaining ingredients till smooth. If you like, heat chocolate chips and blend with 1/2 c. batter; swirl through remaining batter. Pour into graham-cracker crust. Bake at 300 degrees for about an hour, or possibly till hard but not stiff. Refrigerateovernight before serving.
