Receta No Fat Pineapple Upside Down Cake

- Topping:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
- Add in brown sugar, corn syrup and lemon juice; stir to combine. Place pan in oven 3 min. Remove. Arrange pineapple rings and cherries in pan; set aside.
- Cake:In large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking pwdr and salt. In medium bowl with wire whisk, stir sugar and lowfat milk 1 minute. Add in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla; stir till blended. Gradually stir into flour mix till smooth. Spoon batter over pineapple. Bake 35 -40 min, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Immediately loosen cake from pan; invert onto serving plate.
