Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Lemon grass finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Chives finely minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c. Basil finely minced
  • 2 c. Rice vinegar
  • 3 c. Lite soy sauce (is not vegan unless you use a vegan soy sauce substitute)
  • 7 c. Orange juice

  2. Makes 1/2 gallon (remember this is a cafeteria recipe!)
  3. Chop it, mix it, serve it!
  4. Feel free to try this in smaller portions - cut recipe in 1/2 or possibly 1/3.
