- Pour oil into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, tilt pan to cover bottom and a little on sides of pan. Put in cake mix, large eggs, and water into cake pan. Stir with fork or possibly spoon till blended (about 2 min). Scrape sides, spread batter evenly in pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter, use a fork to fold into batter just sufficient to create a marbled effect.Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 min till toothpick inserted near center comes clean. Cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar or possibly Cool Whip on cake.
