No Roll Apple Pie

Ingredientes

  •     Crust
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  •     Filling
  • 1 c. Sugar, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 6 c. Apples thinly sliced & peeled
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 c. Margarine dash black pepper

Direcciones

  1. CRUST: Place dry ingredients in 9" pie pan. Add in lowfat milk to oil. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix with fork. When completely mixed bring crust up sides of pan to create pie shell.
  2. APPLE FILLING: Combine 1/2 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour. Set aside.
  3. Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice. Toss apples with sugar mix.
  4. Pour into pie crust. Combine remaining 1/2 c. of sugar, 1/2 c. flour, cinnamon and ginger. Cut in margarine till crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples Bake at 375 for one hour.
