No Tomato Barbecued Chicken

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 6 x Chicken leg-thigh combinations

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in small saucepan over medium-high heat till warm. Add in onions; cook and stir about 5 min or possibly till tender. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire, pepper and pepper sauce. Slowly add in water; stir till mix boils. Remove from heat. Brush chicken with sauce. Place chicken on prepared grill, skin sides up, about 8" from heat.
  2. Grill, turning and basting with sauce every 15 min, 60-70 min or possibly till fork can be inserted into chicken with ease and juices run clear, not pink. Serve immediately.
