Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar, cornstarch and water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till clear. Put aside to cold.
  2. Beat egg whites till soft mound forms.
  3. Add in vanilla and salt.
  4. Gradually add in 6 Tbsp. sugar and beat well.
  5. Combine with cooled corn starch mix and beat till peaks stand.
  6. Spread on pie, cover in to the edges and bake at 325 degrees till a delicate golden.
