No Work Salmon Chowder

Ingredientes

  • 1 can Salmon (15 1/2 ounce) Or possibly
  • 2 can Tuna packed in water (7 ounce)
  • 1 pkt Frzn corn kernels, thawed (10 ounce)
  • 2 can Italian-style stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce)
  • 2 pkt Clam juice (8 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Long-grain white rice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  •     Salt to taste
  • 3 dsh Tabasco sauce

Direcciones

  1. Drain salmon. Combine with corn kernels, stewed tomatoes, clam juice, rice and garlic pwdr in a medium-size saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, till rice is tender and flavors blend, about 20 min. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco.
