Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs and water together.
  2. Sift flour with salt and baking pwdr.
  3. Add in flour mix to Large eggs and water. Blend till smooth.
  4. Drop mix from the end of a dessert spoon into boiling salted water.
  5. Cook till "nockerl" rise to the surface (about 5 min). Drain and add in to the soup.
