Non Fat Breakfast Pancakes (Pesach)

Ingredientes

  • 2 piece Matzoh, broken up
  • 2 x Egg Whites, beaten
  • 1/2 x Granny Smith Apple, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Soak matzoh in boiling water till softened. Squeeze dry. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites w/apple, sugar and cinnamon & mix well. Stir in matzoh. Form into 6 pancakes & place in a non-stick sprayed skillet. Brown pancakes on both sides. Serve w/honey, preserves or possibly syrup.
