- 1 lb. pork sausage (I used Jimmy Dean Regular sausage)
- 12 biscuits (I followed the directions on the Bisquick box)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups milk, depending on how thick you want your gravy
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
