Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Fresh raspberries,
  •     Strawberries, or possibly a
  •     Combination
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 pt Light cream
  •     Slivered almonds

Direcciones

  1. Wash & drain berries (or possibly defrost & save liquid). There should be 2 1/2 c. total. If fresh, add in 2 c. of water & cook till berries are soft. Add in sugar. Mix cornstarch & 2 Tbls. cool water. Add in a small amount of berry juice, mix well & stir into berry mix.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly till pudding thickens. Reduce heat, cook 10 min. Turn into serving dish. Let stand till cool. When serving, decorate with slivered almonds, passedaround the table, followed by a pitcher of cream.
