Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour plus 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Shortening, softened
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 8 ounce Coconut
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Margarine

Direcciones

  1. Sift together into bowl the flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add in the shortening, lowfat milk, and almond extract. Beat, then add in Large eggs, and beat for two min longer. Grease and flour baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Open oven door and spread a mix of the coconut, nut, sugar, and margarine on top of cake and bake 30 min longer.
