Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pound grnd walnuts
  • 1 (7 ounce) pkg. angel flake coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 10 T melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix above ingredients in pot to simmer a couple min. Let cool. Roll sweet dough (1 ball). Fill with nut roll mix. Roll back up. Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg.Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till light brown. After baked, cool on rack, brush with butter. Cover with foil. May be frzn.
  2. Mix sugar, large eggs, butter, add in to the rest of ingredients. Mix together well. Divide into 5 or possibly 6 balls.
