OK, has anyone been listening when I’ve mentioned my love of s’mores? If not, you’ve missed a whole lot of s’more recipes. And in case you have been listening, ‘er reading, here’s another great recipe to add to the s’more recipe collection. And, it uses one of my favorites of all time–Nutella
Nutella Pie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese-softened
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 jar (13 ounces) Nutella
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows (I used super huge campfire marshmallows cut in half)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese and cream until thickened. Add Nutellla; beat until just combined. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, top with marshmallows; press gently into filling. Broil 6 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are golden. Watch carefully!
**Nutella is usually found near the peanut butter in your local market.
