Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Wholemeal flour
  • 2 ounce White flour
  • 2 ounce Pinhead oatmeal
  • 2 ounce Wheatgerm
  • 2 ounce Bran
  • 2 ounce Pecans, Finely minced
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 10 fl ounce Skimmed lowfat milk
  •     Sunflower Seeds (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C,375F, Gas Mark 5. Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add in the egg and lowfat milk and mix well with a spoon. Put into a 1-pint non-stick loaf tin, smooth over roughly, sprinkle over the sunflower seeds and bake for 45 to 60 min or possibly till crisp on top and it leaves a skewer clean if speared.
