- In a microwave or possibly heavy saucepan heat the chocolate chips lowfat milk and marshmallow creme just until melted; stir till smooth (mix will be thick). With tongs immediately dip marshmallows one at a time into chocolate mix. Shake off excess chocolate quickly roll in pecans.
- Place on wax paper lined baking sheets. Reheat chocolate mix if necessary for easier coating. Chill until hard. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Makes 40 candies.
