Receta Nutty Fruit Shake
I love milkshakes and smoothies. So I try different combinations of healthy and yummy milk shakes. This is another such yummy shake I recently tried.
Ingredients: (For 4 persons)
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1 Apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup Walnuts (can be substituted with almonds)
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 3 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth. Filter to remove the excess pulp.
Pour into individual glasses and enjoy! Add ice cubes if desired.
