Nutty Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 7 ounce Jar marshmallow creme
  • 10 ounce REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Broken walnuts
  •     Candied cherries, halved (red and green)

Direcciones

  1. Butter 8-or possibly 9-inch square pan. In heavy 2-3/4-qt saucepan combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, butter and marshmallow creme. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix begins to boil. Continue cooking and stirring 5 min; remove from heat. Immediately add in peanut butter chips and vanilla, stirring till chips are melted. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Score and decorate hot fudge with cherry halves; cold completely. About 3 pounds.
  2. VARIATION: 1/4 c. each green and red candied cherries, quartered can be stirred in with walnuts.
  3. NOTE: For best results, don't double this recipe.
