Nutty Sweet Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 19 ounce can sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 can coconut
  • 3 T flour
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Put together first 6 ingredients in bowl. Blend with mixer. Pour into 8 x 8 or possibly 9 x 9 inch pan. For topping, put together pecans, brown sugar, coconut, flour and 1/4 cup melted butter; sprinkle over the sweet potato mix. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for approximately 45 min.
