Ingredientes

  • 2 x 6 ounce sea bass, fillet
  • 1 Tbsp. chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. minced lemon, grass
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 dsh black pepper
  •     salt
  •     Marinade
  •     garlic
  •     black pepper
  •     balsamic vinegar
  •     extra virgin olive oil
  •     Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. cashew nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 pch black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly minced coriander
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. minced scallion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced sweet red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 x juice of halved lime
  • 1/2 c. oyster sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, sesame seed, chili flakes, parsley, lemongrass, ginger and garlic and black pepper. Seal bag and shake till ingredients are well combined. (Or possibly, use a large bowl and whisk ingredients till well blended.)
  2. Put sea bass in bag, ensuring all sides are well coated with marinade. Press excess air out of bag and chill, turning once or possibly twice, for 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Prepare grill and preheat to medium high. Sprinkle fish with salt and grill for 6 min, or possibly till golden brown on outside and just opaque at bone.
  4. Let rest 5 min before serving. Serve with nut sauce.
  5. Sauce:Combine all ingredients in blender and whiz till smooth and well combined. Serve with grilled sea bass.
