NuWave Coconut Impossible Pie

The end result of this impossible pie is a very thin "crust", a custard-like filling and topped with this golden coconut topping just like magic.

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 ¼ cups flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 TBS. butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 9" Pyrex pie plate with butter. Mix together all of the following ingredients.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour mixture into pie plate and place on the 2" rack. (for those with just a 1" rack I think that would work too) Use the extender ring and also vent while cooking.
  4. I cooked mine on High 350 for 33 minutes.
