Receta Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Cream Golden brown Crisco Shortening, sugars and Large eggs in large bowl on medium speed of electric mixer or possibly with wooden spoon till light and creamy, about 2 min.
- Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add in to creamed mix, beating on low speed or possibly with spoon till well blended, about 1 minute.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chunks or possibly jumbo chips.
- Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls, about 1 tbsp (15 mL)
- per cookie onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375F (190C) for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till golden.
