Ingredientes

1 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
1 x Egg

1 tsp Vanilla
1 pkt Oatmeal Cookie Mix

Direcciones

Preheat the oven to 375F. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter, egg, and vanilla. Add in the Oatmeal Cookie Mix and stir till the mix is well blended. Drop the cookies by rounded tablespoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 9 min. Cold 1 minute, then remove to wire racks to cold.
