Ingredientes

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute Or possibly 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
  • 1 1/3 c. rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. Cinnamon Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together shortening, Cinnamon Apple Sauce, granulated and brown sugars, egg, and vanilla till shortening breaks into pea-sized pcs. Add in flour mix to apple sauce mix. Mix well. Mix in oats and raisins. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 min. Remove from oven and cold on cookie sheet for 5 min. Remove and place on cooling rack.
