Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Butter Or possibly Margarine
  • 2/3 c. Brown Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Oats
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 ounce Craisins, Sweetened Dry Cranberries
  • 2/3 c. White Chocolate Chunks Or possibly Chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Using an electric mixer, beat butter or possibly margarine and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, mixing well.
  2. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add in to butter mix in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in dry cranberries and white chocolate chunks. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
