Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar (caster)
  • 60 gm butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till light, add in well beaten Large eggs and vanilla, blend thoroughly. Combine rolled oats, baking pwdr and salt, mix well and add in to creamed mix.
  2. Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets 6cm apart.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven (350F) about 10 min.
  4. When cooked remove from trays at once to prevent breaking.
