Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Soft shortening
  • 2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 x Egg, unbeaten
  • 4 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
  • 3 Tbsp. Gerber orange-apricot juice
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 c. Sifted flour
  • 2 c. Gerber oatmeal cereal

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Cream shortening and sugar together. Add in Large eggs, and beat well. Stir in grated orange rind. Sift together nutmeg, salt, baking pwdr and flour. Add in alternately with juice. Fold in cereal till well blended. Drop dough from tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 min.
  2. Yield approximately 5 dozen cookies.
