Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  •     Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. Light brown sugar firmly
  •     Packed
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Oatmeal old fashioned, or possibly
  •     Quick cooking oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients well about 5 min. Place by rounded tsp. 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. For topping, mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle with a tsp. over the cookies. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min. Cold.
