Receta Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes

- Heat griddle or possibly skillet over medium heat or possibly to 375F. Griddle is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on the surface jump around. Grease heated griddle with margarine if necessary. Beat egg in large bowl, using hand beater; stir in remaining ingredients except additional yogurt. (For thinner pancakes, stir in an additional 2 to 4 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk.)
- For each pancake, pour about 3 Tbsp. batter from tip of large spoon or possibly from pitcher onto warm griddle. Cook till puffed and dry around edges.
- Turn and cook other sides till golden. Serve with additional yogurt. 10 pancakes.
- When made with 1 egg: 155 cals, 23% cff; 4g fat, 1g fiber Yield: "10 pcs"

- Made with fruit flavored low-fat yogurt - there are so many flavors available now. We could easily carry this idea over to a reduced-fat Bisquick pancake recipe.
