Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Ocean perch fillets
  • 1/4 c. Chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 can (1 lb) tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     Sugar
  •     Pepper
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 whl clove

Direcciones

  1. Cook onion in butter till tender; blend in flour. Add in remaining ingredients (except fillets) & cook till thick, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove bay leaf & clove. Arrange fillets in well greased shallow baking dish; cover with sauce. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 min.
