Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg (or possibly four small) tentacles
  • 15 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 sm Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  •     Pepper and garlic to taste

Direcciones

  1. Beat tentacles to tenderize. Boil for about 20 min in salted water.
  2. Slice. Heat frying pan and just sufficient fat to cover the bottom. Fry onion.
  3. Add in tomato, chili pwdr, pepper, garlic pwdr, and let simmer one-half hour. Then add in sliced octopus and simmer for another hour. Serve over fresh cooked rice.
