Receta Octopus Spanish Style

- Beat tentacles to tenderize. Boil for about 20 min in salted water.
- Slice. Heat frying pan and just sufficient fat to cover the bottom. Fry onion.
- Add in tomato, chili pwdr, pepper, garlic pwdr, and let simmer one-half hour. Then add in sliced octopus and simmer for another hour. Serve over fresh cooked rice.
