Receta Okra (lady fingers) with yougurt curry..
To avoid sliminess, okra pods are often stir-fried with little salt and turmeric until it turns little Brown colour.

- Wash Okra with cold water.
- Dry every single okra one by one with tea towel,(no water shoud be remain on Okra).
- Cut Okra in half inch piece.
- In frying pan add 1 table spoon oil when its hot add Okra , salt , turmeric powder, cook on medium heat stirring every two to three minits until its cook..it will be dry and little Brown in colour...Turn the heat off and set aside.
- Put yogurt in sauce pan with Besan mix properly no lumps should be their, then add 1 cup water,mix well, add all other Ingredients,
- put the pan on medium Heat, keep stirring untile its starts boiling.
- Lower the heat and let boil for 10 minits keep stirring..... now
- add Okra to the curry.
- In a small pan add oil when its hot add cumin seeds, asefetida, clove, cinneman, curry leaves, saute few secound then add it to the curry, mix it, and turn the gas off, garnish coriander leaves.
- Serve with Chapatis,Khichdi. or Rice.
- " Khichdi " 1 cup - Rice, 1/2 cup Toor Daal ,3 cups Water, 1/4 tsp, Turmeric Powder, salt to tast. Rice and Toor Daal wash until water runs clear. pressure cook until 3 whistle turn off the gas. When pressure from the cooker gone open the lid. add 1 tablespoon butter.. Serve with Curry.
