Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Sambuca
  •     Or possibly anisette flavor
  • 4 c. Flour or possibly more
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr rounded

Direcciones

  1. In mixing bowl, put in 1 c. sugar and melted butter that has been cooled . Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add in flavorings, and 2 c. flour and baking pwdr and mix. Then add in 2 more c. of flour and mix. (add in a little more if necessary) dough should be soft but not sticky to the touch. Let stand for 3 min, roll into little balls and place 1 1/2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 min at 375F. When cold frost cookies. Frosting 1 lb powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. melted butter, 1 Tbsp. sambuca, and a little lowfat milk to desired consistency.. Decorate with colored shots.
