Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (1/2 lb.) oreo cookies, divided
  • 1/3 c. Low fat margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 pkt (8 ounce. each) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounce.) light condensed lowfat milk, (not evaporated lowfat milk)
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Cream de cacao, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 300 F. In bowl, crush 10 cookies.
  2. Cover bottom of 9-inch pan with crushed cookies. pour melted margarine over cookies and press proportionately with fork. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Gradually add in condensed lowfat milk, beating till smooth. Add in Large eggs and remaining ingredients. Stir in 5 crushed cookies. Mix well into cheese mix. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake one hour. Turn oven off, allow to cold in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cold to room temperature. Chill before serving.
  4. NOTE: May use ready made chocolate crumb crust
