Ingredientes

  • 100 gm petai seeds, skinned and minced coarsely
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. plain flour
  •     (combine the water and flour to make a paste)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced red chilli
  • 1 Tbsp. minced spring onion
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  •     Seasoning
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dsh pepper
  • 1 pch sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules

Direcciones

  1. Method:Whisk Large eggs lightly, add seasoning, flour paste and mix well. Add petai, red chilli and spring onion.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pour in egg mix and fry omelette over medium heat for 3 to 5 min. Flip over to the other side and fry for another 3 to 4 min till omelette turns light brown. Dish up and serve with plain rice or possibly bread.
