Receta "On the Menu" Premieres October 3rd on TNT!

Oh, I love me a great cooking competition show. Seems I can't get enough of them. Seems I can't get enough of great restaurants, either.

So, if I got the opportunity to create the next new menu item for one of my favorite restaurants, I wonder what I would create?
