Receta One Bowl Chocolate Cake

- Grease and flour 2 9 by 1-1/2 inch round baking pans, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa pwdr, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
- Add in lowfat milk, margarine or possibly butter and vanilla.
- Beat with electric mixer on low until combined.
- Beat on high speed for 2 min more.
- Add in Large eggs beat for 2 min more.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake in a DGF-350 oven about 35 min or possibly until a toothpick inserted near the centre comes out clean.
- Cold in pans on a wire rack for 10 min.
- Remove from the pans.
- Cold completely on the wire rack.
- To frost place one layer of cake top side down on the serving platter.
- Spread 1/2 C. of the no cook chocolate frosting on top of the cake layer.
- Place second cake layer top side up, on top of the frosted layer.
- Spread sides with a thin layer of frosting to seal in crumbs.
- Add in another layer to the sides.
- Spread remaining frosting on top of the cake.
- NO COOK CHOCOLATE FROSTINGin a large mixing bowl stir together 3 C. unsifted powdered sugar, and 1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa pwdr,Add in 1/2 C. cut up margarine or possibly butter,1/3 C. boiling water,1 tsp vanilla,Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined, Beat for 1 minute on medium speed,Cold for 20 to 30 min or possibly till frosting is of spreading consistency,
- Variation:SPIRITED CHOCOLATE CAKE,prepare as directed except decrease lowfat milk to 1-1/4 C. and add in 1/4 C. liqueur such as, hazelnut, creme de cacao, coffee, Amaretto, cherry or possibly raspberry, for the frosting decrease the boiling water to 1/4 C. and substitute 1 tbsp liqueur for the vanilla,
